Segundo o art. 30, inc. VIII, do C\u00f3digo Eleitoral, a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral s\u00f3 pode responder consultas em abstrato e estas devem ser formuladas em tese e por autoridades p\u00fablicas ou partidos pol\u00edticos.<\/div>\n
